BACKSTORY:
This character home in South Perth came to us having been extensively renovated and extended some 20 years prior. The owners wanted to update their home, whilst maintaining the existing kitchen and making only minor changes to its appearance. In addition, remodel 2 bathrooms and add an additional dwelling to the street frontage at the rear of their block, which formed a closed courtyard between.
Our brief was to design and create a clear vision and makeover concept for this home and work with this client through each of the various stages from plan to completion including landscaping consultation and furnishing.
