FREE DELIVERY IN PERTH AND AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING

Free delivery to your door in Perth for goods purchased through our online store applies to deliveries within the Perth metropolitan area. If you live outside the Perth metropolitan area, across WA or anywhere else in Australia we are able to provide appropriate, reputable and competitively priced shipping nation-wide.

If you live anywhere outside of Perth or interstate, our “Add to Quote” option which appears when you select “Australia Wide” is specifically designed to allow us to quote your delivery so that you may agree to any applicable delivery charges that apply to your order, prior to finalizing your purchase.  Please allow up to 48 business hours for a response.

We are unable to ship orders outside of Australia at this point in time.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you simply change your mind about a purchase from Matt Tucker Design Studio, then you will not be entitled to a refund, return, credit or exchange of any kind.  In every case, we source or produce each product just for your order.

Where a product sold by Matt Tucker Design Studio is: (a) Faulty: (b) Not suitable for the purpose for which it was described: or (c) as otherwise stated by Law; then upon provision of the relevant item and your purchase receipt Matt Tucker Design Studio will provide a refund, replace or repair the item as appropriate within a reasonable period of time.

 

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER

In the event that you have made a purchase through our online store and you would like to change your mind, we provide a 24-hour window in which to do so and your money will be refunded without question, otherwise your purchase can in no circumstance be cancelled. Please email us at info@matttuckerdesignstudio.com.au within 24 hours of placing your order if this is the case.

Should you decide to cancel your order after this period, your deposit will be forfeit.

 

DAMAGE CLAIMS

Please contact us in writing by email at info@matttuckerdesignstudio.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order, to report any damage. Claims for damage made after this time period typically will not be entered into and will be at the company’s sole discretion. Please open your purchase carefully. It is the clients responsibility to exercise due care when unpacking each item. If you are making any damage claim, the original packaging must be intact, without exception.

 

PRODUCT WARRANTIES

All Goods are supplied with a 1(one) year manufacturer’s warranty against core defects in production or materials. This warranty is valid for Australian residents and companies only. This warranty does not cover: (a) normal or fair wear and tear (b) damage arising from abnormal use, or abuse or (c) goods which have not been maintained, or which have been modified.

In some cases, specific items are provided by Matt Tucker Design Studio with manufacturers warranties which exceed the standard 1 (one) year time frame.  Please refer to each item description to see if, and what for, additional warranty applies.

 

PRODUCT LEAD TIMES

Matt Tucker Design Studio’s product lead times vary depending upon each item. We deal in many different types of products, that include ready-made stocked products in Perth, custom made pieces, Australian Eastern States stocked products and internationally stocked products.  Lead times range from approximately 7 days up to 16 weeks, dependent upon where you are in Australia

Each product listed in our online store has an indication of the typical wait time for the item that you are interested in.   Once we have received and placed your order, we will also re-confirm your estimated arrival date via email.

Advertised “ready to ship” lead times:

Whilst we make an effort to ensure that our advertised in stock / ready to ship items are updated and listed correctly, there may be some occasions when the item that you have purchased may be out of stock or cannot be supplied in the time frame indicated.  If this situation arises we will contact you directly by phone and or email as soon as we can, firstly to apologise and secondly to let you know when the item that you are interested in can be supplied. 

Rest assured that the choice to move forward with a revised lead time will be yours and if you decide not to do so, we will happily refund your deposit without question.  

Exceptions:

‘Advance Orders” and Longer lead times usually apply to goods that we source from overseas and ultimately it is the shipping container arrival frequency that drives the waiting period. We tend to quote the maximum waiting period as we hate to disappoint and in some cases we are able to deliver your order sooner than our advertised waiting period.

In the event of a delay:

In some cases there may be a delay caused in delivery caused due to our supplier and shipping network.  In the rare cases that this should occur, we sincerely apologise in advance, we will endeavour to provide you clear and effective communication with as much notice as possible. Rest assured that it will be our goal to follow through your order until completion.  This will in no way will effect pricing and Matt Tucker Design Studio accepts no responsibility for inconvenience that arises through planning prior to the arrival of your purchase.

 

PRODUCT PRICING

We are based in Perth and we ship across Australia. MTDS are committed to providing product diversity into the Western Australian and greater Australian market. Where possible we operate with our pricing standardised to Eastern States to remain competitive on a national level. If you live in Perth, our pricing includes delivery to your door within the price – you do not have to pay extra for shipping from the Eastern States as is the case with many online retailers.

 

DEPOSITS ON ORDERS

For any order with a lead time longer than 6 weeks, Matt Tucker Design Studio will happy to provide you the option begin your order with a 50% non-refundable deposit.

This offer is conditional upon your agreement to make the remaining balance payment within 5 days of our final payment request even if we are able to supply your order sooner than the specified time. This can occur anywhere from 1 to approximately 3 weeks prior to your receiving your delivery.

HOURS OF OPERATION

MTDS operates weekdays Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm – Western Australian standard time, with the exclusion of  public holidays.

 

INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES

MTDS offers a host of interior design service options, from part or full day one on one consultations through to full service curated interior design.  Our design studio works with a vastly larger range of products and options.  These services are in addition to purchases from our online store.
